What these numbers mean
Availability is the percentage of successful one-minute checks among checks with a known result. Coverage shows how much of the stated calendar window was measured. Missing checks and monitoring credential errors are unknown, never counted as successful. Today is a partial UTC day.
The web check verifies the application HTML loads. The API check authenticates a dedicated monitoring account and queries its hub memberships in the database. These checks do not cover every customer workflow, browser interaction, background job or third-party integration.
A failed check is retried before it is recorded. Incidents close on a successful check; gaps in monitoring do not prove continuous downtime. Maintenance remains included in the measurements. These sampled figures are not contractual SLA calculations.
